By making a booking with Buen Rollo LLC, you agree to the following terms:

Bookings

All bookings must be confirmed with payment. Reservations are not guaranteed until payment is received.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: From 3:00 PM  

Check-out: By 11:00 AM  

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary depending on the booking platform used.

For bookings made via third-party platforms (including but not limited to Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO), the cancellation policy selected on that platform at the time of booking will apply.

For direct bookings, guests may cancel and receive a full refund up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in, or failure to arrive (no-show), will result in the booking being non-refundable.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

• Respect the property and building rules  

• Not host parties or events  

• Not smoke inside the property  

• Follow occupancy limits  

• Comply with all local building regulations

Damages

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Additional charges may apply where necessary.

Liability

Buen Rollo LLC shall not be held liable for:

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings  

• Injuries, accidents, or incidents occurring during the stay  

• Interruptions to services outside of our control, including but not limited to utilities, internet, building services, or external factors  

Guests are responsible for their own safety and personal property during their stay.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings that violate our policies or terms.
