Yes, particularly in the areas most visitors actually spend time in. Zona 10, 11, and 14 in Guatemala City, and central Antigua, are well-established, well-trafficked areas that see visitors every day of the year.
Normal travel sense applies
The same common sense that applies in any city applies here: don't flash expensive jewelry or electronics late at night, use trusted transport rather than hailing random vehicles off the street, and keep valuables out of sight in parked cars.
